"Lady Cat Quilts & Gifts" stands behind all products that are sold on this site. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We take great care in packing and shipping your item to ensure its safety.

If you are not happy with the item that you purchased for any reason, you may return it within Fifteen (15) days for a full refund of your purchase price.

Please follow the simple instructions below to return your item.

Call us for return authorization and instructions..
State in detail why you are returning the item. (This will help us to avoid returns in the future.)
Item must be shipped back to us in the same container as you received it in.
Returned Item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

As soon as we receive and examine the item and find it in satisfactory condition, we will promptly refund your purchase price. An email will be sent to you when credit has been issued.

At Lady Cat Quilts & Gifts we are committed to protecting your privacy. Our pledge is to safeguard any information we collect associated with you. We will use this information only as you request.

When you make a purchase, the information you provide allows us to process and fulfill your order, and to notify you of your order status. We need to know your name, email address and billing address which is stored along with a record of products you purchase. Unless you are paying by check or money order, we will need to know your credit card number and expiration date. Once your order has been confirmed, credit card information is not saved or reused. (Credit cards are only accepted between Oct 1st and December 31st each year.)

Only authorized employees have access to stored information. We safeguard information according to established security standards and procedures, and we continually assess new technology for protecting information. Our employees are trained to understand and comply with these information principles.

Lady Cat Quilts & Gifts will not sell, trade or rent your personal information collected to anyone.

Our site is not setup to track, collect or distribute personal information about you. We cannot, for instance determine your email address by examining electronic records.
